Default HELP needed Novak ionic

i have a novak ionic charger that wont turn on. ill plug it in and everything and all it does is make a "beep beep beep" sound repeatedly. i used it about a year ago and everything was working fine, then i didnt use it for a while and now it wont work! if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Are you sure the power supply is delivering the right voltage? You might try connecting the Ionic to a car battery to see if it starts up normally... If it does, I'd suspect the power supply.

try making the wires that plug in to the power suppply shorter. i had one that wolud not work. and novak said to try that and it did work.
