How to clean a one-way diff.?
My one-way diff is not any good ,and I may have to clean it , have any of you a good way how to do it

Take it apart and use a greaseless lubricant (eg.LPS1) and spray every part. then use a clean rag and wipe them off properly.now when re-assembling, use a small amount of dif lube for the moving parts too much will gather dirt or dust(same thing) and will cause alot of friction and parts gettin worn quickly

for me, i stick motor spray and alchohol into a ultrasound cleaner (never use water with a one-way, i tried it, it will rust). takes all the grit out of it... and use some serpent one way oil on it.

Bushing/bearing oil is too slippery. Use a silicone diff grease like AE's or a specific oneway lube.
