Is it ok to use reverse in the xxx-s or does it upset the belt tension/slipper? Im not talking about flat out reverse or going reverse and flying back to fowards, just slowly going reverse if you hit something.

i dont really see a problem with it as long as you dont have a one-way up front. just try not to make a habit of relying on reverse to get out of tight spots. try driving w/ a competition esc and your driving will imporve and you wont need to worry about reverse screwing with your belts.
