Team Hurricane Matching EP Cells

After much testing Team Hurricane Desided to take the EP4200 cells to the ROAR Carpet Nats this weekend in michigan. These cells are awesome, with very low IR these cells have amazing rip. These cells were put through a very testing weekend a few weeks ago by both Team Hurricanes and Team Kwiks drivers running the same packs 3 to 6 times a day and reports back were the packs ripped just as much on the 6th run as they did on the first run of the day.

With Team Hurricanes custom made cell zapping device and the matching skills of the one and only Brad Johnson these cells were put to the test at a national level for the first time, after winning many club and series races. These cells are matched at 35 amps just like the IB cells but have proven thus far to be more durable than the IB cells. Packing EQUAL voltages to current IB cells BUT with lower IR.

Word from the nats is that all of both Team Hurricane and Team Kwik racers loving these cells. Saying there is no difference from first lap to last lap with the power of these cells.

5 out of the 10 Stock A-main guys ran EP cells.....Not 1 Dead cell all weekend from what I’m told as well. That was with heavy charge rates and repeated charges in the day. So far they look to be better then the IB....no more worrying about getting a pack off the shelf and hoping you don’t have a dead cell. No more mysterious false peaks and dumps because you blew out a cell for no reason other then normal use. Looks like there is another cell out there to bump IB off the mountain or make them work harder to start to put out a better product.

That is great news. How long till these cells are available?

Later, :)

I team hurricane will have these cells for sale this week as well....

Mr. RC you have been the only person on this whole website (rctech.net) who has said the EP cells dont last... Do you think these highly recognized companies would risk there reputation on a product if they didnt believe in it ?

The EP cells that both team hurricane and team kwik tested were tested for over a months time period with many races run through the packs, and on some ocations many chrages each day and the pack got better and better the more it was run in that same day. Brad from team hurricane has been using the test packs for over a month now and are still taking a full charge... no false peaks and no dead cells, and this also includes running the same packs many times per day,,,,, if this would have been done with other cells i dont believe the results would have been the same...

Either way this is a thread about a companies product and you are telling people good luck.... Have some class and dont bad mouth a companys product on a thread with a companys name involved on it.
