I guess, Tamiya figured that the mod guys are already too good that they don't need to practice much anymore... hehehe!

Steve,

I think the strategy is for us to help each other go fast and not race each other! There's so many heats that we don't know if our pace is enough to be "up" there... good thing is that I know most of the guys in our batch... as you said, let's all be friends up until the mains start... hehehe... then I don't know anyone! Hehehe... But, wait a minute... the big question is: Are the practice heats going to be carried over as the real heats for Saturday qualifying?

Oops, btw, this is Ian... I was using a friends... comp...

More than half in our heat. In fact I think there are only two I don't know.

Less than a week now racers! Can you feel the excitement building? I actually took the week off of work to properly prepare for this race.

For anybody running a TC3 and going to the Reedy race, I have about 15 spools I will be selling at the race.
These spools are made from hardended tool steel and will not wear out like the aluminum units. They weigh about the same as a one-way.
Barry baker is running a prototype and has been using it for about two month with no wear to the outdrives at all.

They will be $35.00. Anybody who wants one can email me and I'll put your name on a list.

I would like to thank Futureal for letting me post this on his board.
