Always use USPS when sending to Canada. UPS and Fed EX charge extra fees for delivery to Canada.
I personally won't do business with any company that has customer service that don't respond to calls or emails within 1 week.
Refusing to return calls and emails is an insult to RC racers, especially when you consider the very high prices for certain items.

the MMR customer service over here are suxx repairing take longer time than other place. selling price are much higher than other place. repairing cost higher than other place too. that why i prefer to brought my MMR product from HK fast, cheap, reliable too. event thought they have say they do quality check but i blown 5 power supply that i brought in MMR North America. after switch to MMR Asia my power supply nvr blown again.

But, I am happy that I have a new power supply (they replaced my 20A to a 24A). Overpriced? yeah, probably but, that's relative. It was 6 months... not 5

I've had very good history with MMR... good communication, and good support (did you read the first couple posts?) this time it just wasn't up to par.

FYI, I ran two Turbo 35s and a DuraComm powersupply for a couple years before MMR came out with their products. I switched over mainly due to space constraints... I can fit a Power Master and 2 Cell Masters in the same box as one Turbo 35. And the MMR stuff I bought was in black.... it was a couple years later before I switched over to the "pretty blue anodizing"
