well, the DuraComm's aren't pretty, but they sure did the job and never failed on us. And since my PowerMaster 2 started making funny noises yesterday, i'm glad i have at least one backup!

I like Much More products, but how much do they charge for the MM supplies? I've heard a handful of people having problems with them and weren't the older ones only like 10 amps? I've seen guys have to run 2 supplies for 2 cell masters and a motor master. I don't normally like Radio Crap stuff. But I got a 24 amp PS for $90 from there 4 years ago and I've not had one problem with it. It's pretty small too. And I know I've pushed that 24 amp limit many times. Charging 2 packs, running a motor cooler, and spooling up a 7 turn on a motor master all at the same time.

Add a little pretty anodizing in different colors and people will gladly over-pay.

I just got a call from the local Postal Annex, and Mr Kim REFUSED my package, after it as attempted 3 times. Now I have to pay a 91 dollar DUTY for it either to be delivered to him, or sent back. I tried to both email and phone him with ZERO success.

Neeedless to say I am one pissed off customer.

I used the email system a few times to no avail and tried to call you today with the same result. UPS was no help, and Im not upset at you or MM, more so at UPS for jacking me over.

I will email you now, and call you tomorrow.

Thanks Jim

I think you may have this confused. Much More North America (where USA customers would send their USA bought MMR goods for repairs) is located in Canada. My Power Supply was bought in the USA (Nexus Racing) but, the repair center is located in Canada.

If I am not mistaken, MMR North America will not repair MMR products that were not sold in the USA...

just wanted to clear that up

Hey to my knowledge much more North America supports all three Mexico US, and Canada. UPS sucks I never use them or will except anything from them ever again. Alway use Usps or EMS. to ship stuff to Canada.

I also heard that the MUch More guy's (Keith and James) are extremely busy as of know. Just give them time.

can't blame Muchmore. You need to complain to Canadian customs, about the dodgy customs broker at UPS.

The custom broker gets commision everytime they sting someone for custom duty.

A return item for warranty should not attract duty!
