I wouldn't worry about cheaters at club races i just pretty
much just use club races for practice and compare my own times
and have fun. Plus its fun to see these these guys struggle
to match thier own time at larger events when teching is alot

The SIB stock motors are 100% illegal for ROAR racing (and pretty much every other santioncing body). The guy has a patent on tha design, but he has never submitted in for approval from my knowledge. I know a person who bought one and the semi conducters flew off.

I am working on a design similar to it, but MUCH more effective(we don't use zehner diodes nor do we mount them like that)....but we are still having problems with the units coming off because of centrifugal force.

And their is a good thing about cheaters at the club level.....they show their hand at a worthless club race, so you will know EXACTLY who they are come time for a big race.....don't play your cards for $10 pot, wait till its for the whole damn thing!

It's pretty bold of them to claim that they are legal on their web-site then isn't it ??? some people here are using them and they came first and third at a big meeting on the weekend.... I'm not claiming that those people are cheaters, because they probly don't even realise it, but the people running our organisation are grossly out of their depth....
