Default JACO 2 STAGE WRAP SIDEWALL DEFECT?

the wraps have alot of glue and the foam that extends past the rim so i don't think i'm getting a true camber measurement with the camber gauge on my unity setup station/tweak board. i think the gauge should touch the rim. i will use my tire truer and a file to get the foam flat with the rim and hope that this doesn't cause the foam to seperate from the rim.
any input would be helpful.

Thats pretty typical of any foam tire. There is always a little extra, and I got in the habbit of grinding down the excess anyway.

I'm not sure that constitutes a "defect". All the sedan wraps are like that.

Not a defect at all. I just take a rounding stick and hit the edges of the tire to get them even with the rim when I round my tires while truing.

If I really want perfect glued edges I true to size and knock off the extra glue or rubber. Then I take and glue the edges and let dry. Then put them back on the truer and round the edges and glue to the desired height. I have not peeled or chunked a tire since doing this (Cleveland of this year).
