Just to let everyone know, we have just launched shoppeakracing.com. You can currently purchase the Dynasty 07 and some other select items.

We are adding it to shoppeakracing.com so it should be available by the weekend. Or you can call us directly and place an order.

Snowbirds and Cleveland are both handout motor races. I dont see any reason why it wont be legal for the IIC.

So what is the brush and spring setup for TC outdoors? And what is a FDR to start with?

1.09 roll out. It was pulling around 13.5 amps at 2 volts. I am still playing with gearing, but that will get you going.

Hey 19-Turn Guys.
-I`ve just got the NEW Orion Element 07 for $42.00 from Tower Hobbies. I use it in My TB Evo 5 and it`s a Fast Motor.....Faster than the Old Peak Dynasty.
-But it gets really Hot really quick. I`m using 64-Pitch Gears with a 37-Pinion and 96-Spur(Totally Correct Gearing).

Let`s see what they`ll say about this new Motor.

Take Care

What FDR does that come to on your car? The new motor has TONS of RPM and Wattage and needs to be geard down (smaller pinion) by quite a bit compared to the older version.

The new 07 spec motors are AWESOME. I was running one yesterday at Seattle Indoor Raceway (home of the ROAR paved nats in a few weeks) and I had rip all over the place. But it had a little more top end than a komodo, but it ripped off the corner muuuch harder. Overall I'm extremely impressed with the motor.

The stock Q brush is very good. It reminds me a lot of the Reedy 766 with serrations, but it still performs better out on the track. They give good power, and still don't burn up quite as easy.

I tried f brushes and it was really fast at the beginning but faded hardcore mid way through the run. I'm thinking I was overgeared a tiny bit so I'll test again very soon with a more conservative gear ratio. I was running a tooth lower on the pinion than I typically do with a komodo.

I think a really good alternative brush to the Q brush will be the Trinity XXX compound brush.

So... needless to say, this is my choice of 19T spec motors if it's not a handout motor race!!!!
