Default GTX 16 g wire ??

Ijust got a GTX speedo and i think the wire size is 16g.Is this good enough or should i put 12g on it.

16 gauge is normal for 12th scale , you can run 14 gauge for touring that is what comes atandard on the novak gtb

I am gonna use this GTX on my t2 007,and use the GTS from that on my 1/12.
