Default cant set steering e.p.a. on ex-10helios??

scroll through menu get to the end points that are set at 70 left and right.supposed to turn turn jog dial then increase the value to what you need.but left or right never gets highlited.bought this radio used with no manual,i did look at amanual online btw.please help im ticked cause im beginning to think this radio is screwed up and i might have blown 230 bucks??

You have to turn the steering wheel to get either left or right to highlight in that mode. You have to hold the wheel till you make the adjustment with the jog wheel.

well duh,thank you very much.my old radio was the same way,the difference is you gotta have the wheel at full lock in either direction.my old transmitter you only have to turn it partially.

the steering EPA's were the most difficult for me to figure out on this radio.

just a tip..... crank the travel down to 80- 100% and get the endpoints close. Then crank the travel to 150% and max the endpoints. If you try to max the endpoints with the travel at 150% you'll just stall the servos. It would be nice if you didn't have to have the wheel at FULL lock to set to endpoints..... just turn it a touch either way like the M8/M11.

Actually the default 70/70 is rather close on my MRX-4...... just a 5% bump on each side and it was perect.
