I called the Inn and warned them...They now know how to deal with you guys. Matter of fact, they had ideas that I hadn't even considered....

List of excuses of what happened to Harsh and Dal in the Great NW...

a few questions

i flipped through real quick but didnt see, has a tire been chosen yet?

dawn i wanted to ask i was gonna send in my entry form and i had two concerns. one is is there a refund cutoff date incase something comes up and wont be able to make it.
also if i am going to buy the membership at the track what should i put on the form for my mebership #. i already have one but it expired so when i pay again will i still have the same #? if so i take it i should put my current number on there?

Take Off - waiting on compound selection

if you have a membership number, list the number. It won't change. If its expired, just list expired next to it. OR.. download the form www.roarracing.com/join.php and click on individual and send that with your entry flyer with $30.00 and your covered.

Refunds - as per the ROAR rules, that's up to the race director. (which is RMT now) That is something I will have to check on.... I understand the concern.

Refunds: if the cancellation is prior to the deadline for entry date, full refund from ROAR. You must contact the Administrator directly to cancel and provide information for refund.

fjm9898 - That is correct. Also Peel-It will be selling practice tires at a disconted price during practice.

As Adrian so officially pointed out..... (LOL) yes!! You can't use your purchased outside the nationals practice tires for the nationals racing but you can use whatever you want for practice.

And, as Adrian pointed out.. the host will be selling tires for practice out of the shop. But, these cannot be used for qualifying or mains.

ROAR is supplying only the tires necessary for racing with additional sets (limit 2 sets per class) preordered only on the entry flyer.

Dawn I just want to make sure I understand ...I'm pretty sure I do ...I sent my form in with 2 xtra sets ordered per class (masters and 19T), so I will get a total of 3 sets right? i.e. one comes with the entry.

if you go 2 extra per class that is gonna be a total of 6 i think

1 set for each class entry fee

and then 2 extra for each class

1+1+2+2=6 total sets

3 sets for each class

i think that is what you were saying
