Hi All,
I recently picked up some Sanyo RC3300HV cells (Straight from the factory and unmatched) and I was wanting to find out if there is anything I should do, before or after making them into a pack, to Improve their performance???

I would say just charge them.

The NiMH's don't need a discharge, and with an unmatched pack a discharge could possibly result in one cell reversing. Equalising tray's are pretty pointless with unmatched packs as well (NiMH's don't like the low voltage anyway)
