This is an interesting thought. Handout tire and limit quantities like the rubber tire racing. Size cannot be a measureable factor due to tire wear.

either way your gonna get some one bitching... that is the problem with our hobby/sport... everyone wants something different. but it would be nice to see how that works out...

You're absolutely right. People are always going to b_tch. I guess the bottom line comes down to if you do not like the rules then stay home.

I am with you. I would like to see someone give it a try to see how it works out.

I have run a 10.5 sec lap with 2.25 and a 10.5 with 2.1s that's about as fast as I get around the track unless the bite is up like I said as for having to worry about droop and ride height i am a 12th scale guy I always have to worry that on the 12th so doing it on the TC is nothing new.
we have experienced guys that know when someone is cheating on the motors and we got one guy that is running a 10.5 brushless and we still beat him with our 13.5s so what's to tech. well not much. unless we went to a spec rubber tyre. and like I said I have enough on my hands running the races to tech anybody.
