ok guys.. i dont know much about electrics.. but im thinking of going brushless on my mission..

What do you guys think of the;

LRP Sphere Brushless & Brushed ESC with a 3 star Motor. Cost $225

I dont want to spend $600 on a set up. Im not going to be using it for pro racing.. just some fun around the track, and street.

I'm running the GTB and it is far much better. It would be worth considering.
GTB 3.5.
I have ran the neo 3 star and the rotor slipped. And later the sphere speedo went bad. Theres good about LRP Don't get me wrong.

But Check out the 3.5 combo. Right out of the box ready, with all the whistles and bells. Optional fan and capacitor included. And there lipo friendly.
Novak offers stock threw mod with one speedo.
And there reliable with the sinterd rotors and the light weight end bells and easy solder tabs.
And the purple will look awesome in your ride.

I would maybe look at Castle Creation's Mamba Max. I don't run it myself, but one of the racers in my club does quite well with a 4600 setup. If you're looking for more power, go with the new 6900, or even faster, the 7700. They seem like they're worth the money.
