It's a chassis kit. If you have the MSX MRE, buy yourself a upper and lower deck, and few other parts, it will be a MSXX.

The MSXX is a lower spec kit than the MSX, from what I understand. However the MSXX seems to have a cooling duct ...

It's available. Tamiya America has them in stock. Your LHS should be able to get it.
