Yeah, no slop for me either. Additionally, on my 3PK, I actually gained about 5% more steering travel, which is a nice bonus!

none of readily available ones. The airtronics one looked like it worked but it wasnt big enough. If you take off your dx3r wheel you will see the yoke on the radio is a square. the airtronics is square also but it's a little small.

Actually the M8/M11 adapter works with some grinding to the adapter and very slight mod to the steering hub. Plus shimming (it's needed on the M8 as well). Mine is not the Square version, but the Eagle Racing version. Much cheaper at $17.80 for the wheel and $2 for the adapter. Let me post a pic of mine.

Here is the stub/spindle. If you notice there are small raised lines on the spindle. Just get an exacto/razor and slice off the lines. The square block is the same size as Airtronics/Sanwa.

Here it is mounted up. Notice my bind plug taped down.

How stiff is the foam on the wheel? I don't like ones that are too soft, where my fingers seem to sink too far in. I really like the looks just need comfort too!

Who has them in stock now? It's been awhile and some of the older links are dead.

Nice work JimmyMac!

That looks sweat. Do you have a part number for the wheel and where can we purchase them from on the net.

Also do you know if the brake disks will fit these wheels.

Good work.

JimmyMac,

Just found the Eagle Racing Wheels, disks and adapters, however they have listed adapters for 'old' and 'new' sanwa radios. Which one did you use.

I got the wheel from RCMarket. I use the M8/M11 adapter. Should be part number 2945-070. My guess is new style. The M3 wheel will not work because the offset is too far in. The M8/M11 offsets outwards like the DX3R. I would have to say the foam is somewhat soft.

Hi. Im using DX3r also. I have a square alum wheel.

Can i say that the will fit on Eagles, hiro seiko adaptor?

If so they are all universal i will order either the hiro seiko Dx3r adaptor or square M8/11 adaptor(Mod needed).

Any advice???
