I think Andrew hit the nail on the head when he spoke about how the car (Losi) felt with the two different bodies.

Mart42,

What type of car are you running? I think Larry and Jason (nice run guys ) are running Cyclones (not sure if both are BMI chassis??) and the Mohawk feels the best on that car. You may want to try and do a one coat wonder paint job and test each body out and see which feels better for you.

I'd like to impose and ask the same question but on rubber tires asphalt...

4 possible setups:

Foam tires - carpet
Rubber tiees - carpet
Foam tires - asphalt
Rubber tires - asphalt

My take so far running rubber tires at the birds the Mohawk was nice but Parma M type worked better than the Mohawk for me. ( X-ray T2 with BMI chassis stock motor ).
I use the Mohawk ( with a bigger rear wing ) at my home track indoor asphalt. The DNA was not as good as the Mohark.....

I would go with Andrew Gray's opinion on any carpet suggestion, he has the experience on carpet that a lot of people in our area trust....

Thanks for the help!
Why don´t try one of each to see what´s suits your driving style?

Thank you all.

thats kind of hard when most of them run the mohawk....

each body is competitive, they have both won races, everyone ran the parma alfa for a long time (even protoform sponsered drivers) then Dale came out with the DNA which I personally DONT think its an ugly body. and alot of people ran that one because it was a comparable alternative to the parma alfa, and it gave the protoform drivers a body to run. but now we have the Parma mohawk, and seems to be the way to go right now. I personally know people that switched to the mohawk from the DNA at snowbirds. I run for parma and can say the mohawk is an awesome body to run on carpet.
I have not however ran the DNA so all I can say as a comparison is what I have heard and seen on the track.
