spektrum in a m8 glitching and shuttinf off
ok i have a futaba ver 1 esc same as the lrp comp1 and a air 94157 servo the rx shuts off and glitches bad. i tried differnt servos and same thing. but i tride a differnt esc and it works great. when using the futaba esc you can see the light on the rx like blinking and then shuts off. what do i do i realy like that esc.

Try the external capacitor for the Spektrum reciever. Some ESCs have too low of a voltage output to work well with the Spektrum recievers, especially in cases of weak batteries or 4 cell. Running the capacitor or a reciever battery pack usually takes care of it.

Also, if you have the ability to increase the BEC voltage that would help as well. Run both a power cap on the ESC and use the SPM1600 Voltage protector and you should see the problem eliminated. Also, if you have had your receiver since before May of last year, it wouldn't hurt to send it in for a Free firmware upgrade too.

how do you change the bec voltage i did not know that some you could change?

Run the capacitor with any lrp or just junk it and get a novak LOL

Hey I nkow this is off the subject but can anyone tell me how to get a copy of the operators manual for an M8?

You havenīt left the fast response button on or something have you? Futaba and sanwa fast response wonīt mix.

yes the response is on but i put on the cap and it seemed to fix the problem
