I want to give a big thanks to Charlie, and Novak for thier top notch product support. Charlie really helped me out of a bind at the 'Birds. His type of support is something that is needed more in this industry. Novak has a customer for life.

I am with you. he has helped me so much at the cactus classic events. i was having huge issues with my truck and 2wh and just couldn't find anything that was causing it. i asked if he had a minute and after 30 minutes, he had replaced more things than i should probably list and rewired a few things and explained why i had troubles. problem solved and never another issue. since that time in like 2003 i no longer run my esc wires under my pack to the reciever, i now go up to the servo and then to the reciever. i know this is an on-road forum but for you who run off, i recommend you do the same. what was happening is everytime i landed the battery was pinching the wires and cause a glitch that sometimes would last for 5 secs. and others just a brief moment. plus i had the first run of the synthesized module in a m8 and that had an issue. they found after its release and had redesigned those, he tried to update mine and then just ended up replacing it. of course i had two millenium pro chargers, purple power strip, smart tray,and five cars in my pit at that time all on gt7 and synthesized recievers. so he saw my support of them as well.

Charlie and his father Charlie Snr are two of the nicest guys in the industry we were lucky enough to spend some time with them both at the TITC in 2006, i have never heard anyone with anything bad to say about them.

If you take close look at there latest release its obvious they are committed to there customers new and dedicated. More bang for the buck is the same as lowering the price in this case. When you consider you would wear the other rotor out, and be urged to up grade the end bells and all, the run cap is on the speedo, the fan is on there. And comparing the cost to others. They are definitly committed to the hobby and the racers.
And service is some thing only patience can tolerate. No matter how hard anyone tries it will never be a quick enough turn around. Thats just never going to be as fast as there 3.5.
