Default Bearing Help please

I need to clean my bearings. My bearings have rubber seals and I have never had this type of bearing before. What is a good technique to clean them?

All help is appreciated.

You can use knife or needle push your rubber seal out and clean with motor spray. You must try ,it's easy.
