Talking Another "What should I get?" Thread!

hey folks,
my LHS is going to start some parking lot racing this spring, and I am looking to getting in on some 1/10 EP action.
my LHS is a HobbyTownUSA, and they carry the same brands across the country: HPI, HB, Losi, AE. i would like to pick from one of those brands as the shop will carry parts for it most likely. however, I am not afraid to stray from these brands if other brands have a car that is more suited to me.
i will 90% sure i will be racing in the stock class, where fine tuning and driver skill makes all the difference, not the driver with the most $$$. with this being said, i am looking at a mid-priced car, with my relative limit being around $350.

a few i have been looking at are:
team kit TC4
HB Cyclone S
Xray T2R
Tamiya TA-05

so, WHAT SHOULD I GET?!?!?!?

thanks in advance!!!!

TA-05 though many will disagree. It wins and is cheap. Actually there's a TOP notch setup for sale on the for sale section now...and no...it isn't mine. Though I would scratch the TC4 off the list since the TC5 will be out real soon and it looks like a better chassis. You really can't go wrong with any of the others either though.

Well thats,
4 TA05
1 cyclone
1 T2r
1 TC4
And I'll say MI3 X 1
Be sure and let us know what you pick.
And why.

I got 10 fingers, and they all vote for JRXS. (even though it isn't on the list)

Get a Nikko or Tyco! Those things ROCK!

/sarcasm off

On that list my vote would be for the Xray...however the JRXS was mentioned later and I'd vote for that too...that's just a cool car

My biased opinion is the STR4 PRO2
Its getting popular here as it shares most of the same parts as the SBV2 PRO Buggy
