Default Rim offset question... need sugestions.

As some of you might have seen Im building the 1/12 Lowrider R/C.... Its progressed a little since then ( got carried away really ) and now have a 190mm wheel base and PT Cruiser body getting painted as we speak.

My problem now ( other then my rambling ) is I need 1/10 wheels. I figured running some skinny fronts (need to keep weight down ) but the backs Im confused about. I can run up to a 3" wide rim but the offset has to be REALLY deep.

Im wondering if theres a wheel offset out there similar to what I need? Modding them .5" or less is no prob but any more I might run into a wheel wobble if I do it more.
