Default Battery matching & assembling

I've never assembled a mixed batch of cells. I was hoping someone could help me out here. I have about 60cells all zapped, cycled & labeled. Which numbers do I use to group them into 6cell packs? Do I go by mah, voltage, runtime or what?? Then, which numbers go on the outside of the pack? The higher or the lower? Thank you in advance for your reply=)

Hey lameposeur

It depends on what your looking for... I go first by voltage, then runtime, then IR... But I'm NO EXPERT just an average kinda guy that can't drive...

Have Fun!!!

Here is what CE recommends.

For stock:
Runtime, Voltage, IR

For modified:
Runtime, IR, Voltage

In that order! If you have all your numbers in a Microsoft Excel file...it is a breeze!

Thank you guys for the reply. Do I put the larger number cells toward the outside of the battery or the inside of the battery??

You should put the higher number at the negative side and work towards the Positive. (Voltage, IR, and Run time. In that order).

That will give you more Punch. Don't worry to much about runtime.
