Am I the only one who is thinking TT-01? Not like I'm saying they copied it or anything, just reminds me of it... Its interesting to see HPI stepping into the Drift market andbasicly taking control of the spotlight... in my eyes at least... With the Sprint 2 drift kit, the RS4 stage D and the micro drifter, Yokomo has a bit of competition I would say... Yokomo still has them toped on drift specific bodies though. BUT who's to say HPI doesnt have something up they're sleeve? I for one am curious to see.

[edit] so I just scrolled down and saw the r32... not bad. now finding that rare tamiya r32 shell wont be nessisary [edit\]

You are spot on about the similarities with the TT-01. I hope the pictures are deceiving, I thought HPI would have been such close "inspiration".

Wow, TT-01 indeed. The least HPI couldv'e done was put a small Tamiya symbol on the box somewhere so people knows where it REALLY came from.

Where's the "high" performance? I think whoever said that it was "high" performance must have been high themselves.

I don't think it looks like a TT01. The TT01 has real shock towers and you can't move the motor to the front.
