Man, I have been away from Schumacher for a while if Schumacher is considered mainstream now?!? I remember running Schumacher cars and guys looking at me like I was from outter space or something! Like..."what kinda car is that???"

But to answer your question...in a word...NO. There will still be TA05's around to get beat by. I'm thinking of this as maybe second car for another brushless class. Something like 13.5. This may take the place of my nitro car come out door season.

But the TA05 isn't going anywhere!

darkseid, maybe miss use of word "mainstream" on my part. maybe i should have used hi-end $ tourers?

i was sort of refering to the price and the technology of the car as it would be perceived by other racers if you showed up at a track with a MI3 vs. the TA05. until you or others with TA05's run/race... that's were your signature line pops in from those using hi-end $ tourers.

There will be an optional battery strap for those who do not like tape.

This car sends shockwaves through the RC world!!!

Isn't it amazing that it is still possible to be this creative in the highly competetive TC market. To me Schumacher have recently been a bit conservative but then all of a sudden they put out the most impressive TC of the decade.

Adrian, small detail, but will the shock collars have o-rings in them on this car? I hated having to get cyclone ones to put on the schumacher shocks.

They werent done in time, they mount to the inside of the car next to the diff retaining posts and go underneath the driveshafts, so you can replace driveshafts without messing about with rollbars.
