Looks like a solid car.
The Mi3 is 0.5oz lighter than the Mi2EC. If you ran Mod with an EC and normal brushed electronics you needed to add 2oz of lead to make the 53 oz min weight. This is nice as the current BL systems are heavier than comparable BR systems.

I said this on the other Schuie thread...

This car different than anything coming out. No one's so called "new" chassis looks like or has the innovations of this new chassis. I was looking at many of the new cars coming out because I wanted something different. This is it.

Good lookin' out on Schumacher's part. I definitely fall into the "do not like tape" class.

AdrianM or PW: You guys have peeked a few interest with the "10 screws hold the chassis" thing.

Any chance we can get some pics of the bottom of the car to see how you guys pulled that off?

People...people....

I can understand why you wouldn't want to read back through threads that are 30-40-50 pages deep. But this thread(at this point) is only 5 pages old.

So instead of asking the same thing over and over again, read back on the thread a bit. A lot of answers were provided back on the first two pages.

Some things that were addressed:

-release date
-street price
-LiPo compatibility (its not like the pictures don't give that away pretty clearly on their own)
-why the pictures show no sway bars

...so look go back a little bit and check the answers out.

When you ask what spurs, do you mean size, or specific company that makes them? I.E- RW or PRS? You can raise or lower the layshaft depending on the size of spur you want to run. Im pretty sure the piggest spur you can run is 120. Hope this helps.

The Mi3 uses a special spur gear made by RW for Schumacher. Its part of the ultralight center pulley assembly. We really went back and forth with this and in the end decided to make the best car with no compromises. This required the special spur gears.

We will have 85, 87 and 89 in 48dp and 114, 116 and 118 in 64dp.

Our team has been usng RW 64dp gears for the last 4 years with great sucess.
