Guys I am sorry to start a thread on this. I tried searching for info on where to send a GM speed controller for repair , but I have had no luck. Do any of you know who is the distributer or repair center for GM?
Thanks.

Thanks.

I have 3 myself, last time I called Horizon when I was still at SE they(HORIZON) seemed to be in a quandry about whether they still service them or not?! I left a message with the repair/service manager but never received a call back. Try getting ahold of Andre at SE and see if he can follow up on it. I would assume that Horizon would service them, the Losi RTRs came with the GM esc's, but who knows?

I have a speedo that kept thermaling on me, they replaced the origional but the replacement did the same thing after 2 months of racing. Its a sx-12, that only saw life in a 12th scale. The thing that sucked is I only ran 3 practice runs, and 1 8 minute qualifier.
It wasnt abuse either because it was a 19t chameleon power by 4 cell gp3300's.
Did any of you guys send their stuff back to Germany to have thier stuff repaired?
How long was the turn around time?

If you have a question you could ask on the GM forum, and Ralf Helbing(i believe the producer of their electronics) will respond within a few days, sometimes less.
He has been help in the past.

Thanks switch blade and nova racer.
I will email them and see what they can do, and also explain the symptoms my speedo is suffering from to see if the cost of shipping along with repairs is worth the ordeal.
Man I had an ex-9 and loved it small as hell. The sx-12 ran great till it just started thermaling on me, horizen replaced with the sx-12 because they had issues with the 9.

Hector, I have a SX12 that just stopped working, took a powder in the middle of a run. If you find out where to send these let me know, we can split shipping
I like the feel of the SX and the size was perfect for 1/12th!
