I'm in need of a diff bolt, and the 2mm nylon lock nut it threads into for a Tamiya Ta05. Ive looked at my LHS, my local hardware stores, and on-line, and i havent found anything. Its a 2x25mm bolt, and the nut is 2mm. In the tamiya manual it says they have the same part # so im assuming they come together in a bag. Could anyone provide me with a link to a site which sells the parts.

I believe the number is #9949350. This should be the bolt and nut in the same package. I am pretty sure of this. Check it on the tamiyausa website to verify.

I just checked it out for you. There is no picture or real description. But it says 2 pcs. So this is the correct number. It is the bolt and nut.

On rcmart.com they say its 2 peices, but in the picture it shows 2 bolts, and 2 nuts. Im gona send them a e-mail and figure it out. Also i couldnt find the part on any other site besides them, I know there based in hong kong, so does tamiya use different part numbers for its US division, and the other area it sells to??

I also stripped my diff nut but the bolt was still good. I asked a guy who plays those Tamiya mini-4wd slot cars and he had like a ton of spares. Heheh.

In a pinch knock the center part out of the tamiya thrust bearing and use an associated TC3/4 nut and bolt.

Ok guys, are there any US sites (that means not Rcmart.com) nthat has the diff bolt. Ive looked everywhere and the only place i can find is Rcmart, and i wanna get it soon.
