Default M04 Stearing with the rear racing

Just would like to here from any other people that have setups, cool cars or just differant ways to improve on one of the best ,cheapest and fun ways to get into rc car racing.
I am from Australia and have found differant TCS rules for M chassis including the 03 and 04 USA 2007 one is saying that both the cars can use the maximum pinion gear with 60D tyres or smaller and canada is using the older rules for M04M and M04L which use 60D m04m or 26mm for m04L why isn't there a standard for the world?
I found a sight on ebay http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Somebodiesuk that have some cool tops but I dont know if they fit the M04 if they did retro RWD racing would be cool.
