No, it's not that big a difference, I use aMillenium & Millenium Pro on mine, & frequently use a threshold of 4mV per cell, about that only time I go lower is when repeaking(I'll use the Pro & set at 2mV per cell for repeaks). Seems to work fine for me.....

No, always stayed at a reasonable temp, & that's also with me charging my packs at 6-6.5 amps, too, don't think my packs have ever gotten above 140 degrees, if even that.....

You got no worries then, the MAH readings on 10 chargers on the same pack would all likely be slightly different. IF they are not hot, buldging and spraying at the end of a charge your good to go!

youre charging 6 cells right? try setting the no. of cells to 4 cells, instead of 6, this will lower the total mv of the pack further

6 cells @ 4mv/cell = 24mv/pack

4 cells @ 4mv/cell = 16mv/pack

this might lower your peak temps but check for false peaking

Use a temp gun, when you say "hot" this could be 120F or 140F or 160F. Instructions for IB 3800's tend to be 120 to 130F range is perfect. 4200's I have heard get hotter. 120F is standard HOT water off the faucet so use the temp gun so you know where you really are.
