Some european mags have a section in the last pages that cover all types of racing programs and events for the whole month. The coverage is real good with interviews and plenty of pics.

Maybe we should have a section like that with an editor covering the races only. Just a thought.

while this is true, I am willing to bet that the majority of the subscribers are more than your usual basher. I for one think the mag sucks, but I still subscribe to it, it ocassionally has a decent article...

How about a "pit" tip to use a vibrator as a paint shaker?

Instead of the Ride air remover I bet we could submit a "pit" tip to use this Swedish made unit instead. I should submit this one for sure.

Seaball...I'm sure you have one of those lying around...see if it takes the air out of your shocks.

Drifting though not racing get's a lot of attention and brings in a lot of readers. Here on the west cost attendance at a R/C parking lot DRift event is larger in many cases then attendance at an R/C parking lot race. I one of the first one;s to bitch to the mags when they seem to colver monster trucks and RTR's but at the same time they go where the readers go and remember they make very little of there profits from subscriptions the ad money is what they are after. Look at who the biggest advertisaers are and then the you will see why you see so much Traxxas, CEN, OFNA and Sportwerks.

Money talks " " walks.

I not saying I support it, I'm just saying as long as a mag wants to do it as a profitable business they will need to cater to the masses.

A grass roots mag would be awesome but it would have to be low quality and non profit to deliver the demands of hardcore racers, Unless somebody wants to throw in there own money for the benefits of others.

Anyone ....anyone...? chirp....chirp That's what I figured.
