very nice-looking... I like it better than the DNA1

I wish Dale would make bodies for 1/5 scale RC Bikes... there are a lot of bikers out there and hardly ANY body choices...

and it's not like Proline/Protofrom hasn't experimented with niche bodies that wouldn't sell a lot (Golf Cart, ATV, etc...) I think if they made two generic bike bodies that could be mixed and matched (to different seat/tank, and fairing sets) and be painted to look like ANY MotoGP bike they'd sell more 1/5 scale bike bodies than Golf Carts, easily...

we go though bodies twice a month racing...

here's a thread to show the interest: http://www.rcgroups.com/motorcycles-183/

Is the ISTC high downforce wing set still intended as an option for this body, or is it only meant for the Mazda series?

---

Anders, the 'birds will feature 2 rubber classes this year.

Go Dale....your the MAN!!!!

you must be happy about designing your own bodies that arent based on a full-scale ride....

cant wait till rubber-tire season now....

Dale, any reason to why not making it legal in Europe? Shame not being able to use it for that reason.

Well, there you go. A DNA in every class then :-)
In what classes by the way?

Thanks for the comments guys.

ottoman and academygaz:
Can't talk about performance or comparisons quite yet - too new.

howard1:
The 200mm version will be out in spring. Foam version? wow - does anyone read my press releases on the Pf website?

dawgmeat:
Yup DNA1's and 2's will be for sale at the Snowbirds race.

Nexus Racing:
Yes, I should have included in the press release that the optional #1719 ISTC h.d. wing set fits the DNA2 perfectly.

Jan Larsen;
I'm still just a little bit sketchy as to what the europeans require when it comes to the homoligation. The allowable "name" of the car body, and the "likeness" to a real car or real racecar are still a bit unclear to me at this time. The GBS (Global Body Spec) became a reality after the DNA body projects were already in developement. I think that the GBS is a great idea and very good for the sport's future health. It eliminates the "El Caminos" before they completely destroy the touring sedan landscape. If only the JMRCA really cared about that particular aspect of sedan racing.

I'm heading to the NAIAS (Droolsville ) in Detroit tomorrow. If anyone should have any more questions for me - I'll answer them on thursday.

Cheers - Dale - PROTOform

I read em!

Nice work as usual. Am I to assume that the DNA2 might work well for lower grip club races with foams as well? Somewhere in between running a DNA1 and a Mazda 6 with foams?

Are we able to order these before the birds? Or will that be the first time they are available?
