The new Mowhawk body is dialed. It has awesome steering and stability. Anyone who races foam on carpet should give it a try.

Okay, I'm sold. Guess it's time to shelf the Alpha body!
Now if only our local lame ass hobby shop would put one on order for me!
(They keep telling me it's not available)

Does the Mohawk use the same body post holes as the Alfa or will I need to get new body post to raise it up?

The height will be the same you will not need new body posts to raise it up.

Default Who has them?

Chicky -

Who is carrying them? Stormer, nope. Ashford, nope. Strongsville HobbyTown, nope. Strongsville Hobby, nope. Can I just pick one up at Parma? I only live about 4 miles from there.

I bugged Chicky about this today as several people at my home track were asking about it as well. He mentioned that Horizon Hobby Distributors will have them followed by Great Planes. Have your local hobby shops check with those distributors.

Horizon Hobby shows that they are due *early February*! However, the Parma web site (via Shopatron) says that they are "available".

They are available through shopatron right now and have been before the first of the year. The distributors were a little late on ordering the bodies so they do have them yet. I know Trackside still has some left over from the Novak race.

Yeah, this body is pretty much plain awesome. My car was definitely quicker with it on. It was smoother, more stable, and turned better than the Alfa.
