I would guess from the cover since they recommend NOT to take the cover off and the page before it refefers to the top of the receiver...

BTW, if you want to run a short antennae that is strong then find an old telephone headset and use the plastic tube. I used that ( after sanding the tube on one end to fit into the antennae holder) and it is strong and lightweight.

Wow fashionable kinds, maybe i have to try removing some antennas from unusable corldless phones handsets or olds cellular phones. Also another convenient one.

Work ones are very plain looking, no color... But they are stronger than anything else I've seen...
