I run in concrete race track, temp runs from 30-40 deg. I need help on this, I'm using a Sorex 36r tire. What insert should i use? firm, mid or soft? i run 11 dbl motor, should there be air gap or non?

I use HPI blue- but I run on asphalt, not concrete so you might want to try HPI greens.

With 36R tires, I almost always run Yokomo Firm inserts. Especially in the hotter temps. Our track gets up to 165deg F, in the summer time. In the hot temps, you definately want some air gap. It seems like this helps keep the tire from overheating.
