I have just recieved mine and although a little bigger than i would have liked with all the tuning possibilities offered i'm a happy man

IMHO the only other speedo worth looking at today is the LRP quantum 2 series (can not remember if the NOSRAM is quantum 1 or 2 based)

but after all that, it's just MY opinion
Merciless,

I would never purchase anythink on looks alone (execpt maybe a Cuda )

I have also looked at the ZeroV and the KO, but the price and features are very good on the Cirrus and the Nosram.. and as pointed out "You gotta love the RED"

But thanks very much for your feedback

i own a ko vfs and think its the best speedo iv ever owned although my other speedo is a novak cyclone, but i dont think they are that bad either, the ko is just miles better than it. I run all ko electrical products in my car and think they are the best money can buy ,iv got a ko 2001 servo a kr301f receiver and a ko vfs.

John_s

I also run KO in my car and think they make some great stuff..

I just would really like to get a small ESC because of the limited room on the deck..

But I'll reconsider .. again

well i can get all my equipment on my botom deck if i wanted to, and have done before, but i run my receiver on my topdeck infront of the arial to try and cut down on interfeirence because i run at a track with a massive steel overhead railway that kills you for interfeirence.

Hi John,

I don't think there is going to be a conversion. Although the majority of the components are the same, but the items that are different will cost too much when purchased separate:

Motor mount, upper deck, lower deck, steering system...etc.

The R2 is still a perfectly competitive car, and I suggest the Xenon conversion for it (which is what I run) and for the Red color, we are looking at about 2-3 weeks away.

For those that are thinking about getting a cuda, the R3 is very good just out of the box. We will have a sale on the R3 in May (in the next couple of weeks) I'll post on here when that happens.
