Their must be something wrong with your car somewhere. You need to check the bearings to see if they're free and check your diffs to see if they're smooth. You may have a load of tweek from a hard crash or bad build. Droop settings may be way off on each side.
Basicly you need to do a full rebuild and make sure everything is right and put the kit setup on the car, then work from there.

Thanks
Actually Alex shock bodies were the cheapest ones I've found, and I can order them in purple
I think the shaft diameter must be the same from Yok to Alex, o-rings too, and since they provide the o-rings retainer with the shock body set, I were wondering if I needed also some other parts inside the shock?

I use the Tamiya Evo III spur gear support plate on my SD... works the same way, but the good part is that the screw is countersunk so it's all flushed against the plate... I'm sure that will also work on the R2/R3...

that new steering rack is great! along with the ball bearings.. it was very very smooth and lots of steering.

If you're running a one-way, first check both one-way are spinning freely. Next check if the car spins freely and there are no binds on either side of the car as far as the transmission goes. Lastly, make sure all the suspension measurements on each side are the same and equal (camber, toe, shock length, droop, ride height..etc.)

The spur gear support plate from the EVOIII does work on the R2 and R3 (I have them on my cars) also, we'll have the Tobee Craft aluminum spur gear support plate available as well in blue, red and purple (sorry Heibiki, no pink )

Steve i have a question about the excel front c-hubs i bought... unlike the stock c-hubs they don't allow the front arms to drop all the way down (with the droop screw removed). I'm not sure it's an issue but I just want to make sure.
