Hi Guys,

I just got the R3 in stock late yesterday I'm still working through the supplement sheet and a new parts list, so the car will be available for shipping probably later on today or tomorrow. Those of you that placed a pre-order should receive an email from me later on today.

Thanks

Steve Wang

Steve: Can you tell us what are the changes from the R2 to the R3? Also from the pictures it looks like it comes with a PAL style driveshaft, is this correct?

Hi I believe the drive train is different...R3 drive shaft attach to the upper deck and R2 on the chassis.

In principal its the same as the Pal drive sytem, its just mounted different on the car, the only difference will be in the motor mounting and how it attaches to the top deck and lower chassis.
If you have a pal drive system for the R2 it should be able to be used on the R3, providing you get a new style motor mount.

AWOL..

You can start by purchasing KO's SpeedWay PAL hubs and shaft support. And they're in Red!
http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...threadid=30758
other stuff you may consider... ti turnbuckles and screws.
if you're running mod... the Speedway Pal drivesystem.

Yah i saw those, really nice. I'm talking with him about a few other parts... those hubs and supports are a little over my budget at the moment.
