I run a 96 tooth spur and that nearly sticks through the underside of the chassis so the 100 tooth must be cutting it mighty close

May start changing spur sizes one tooth at a time, should give me enough choice in gearing, just a little slower...

even with 48dp gears I was noticing slight chewing on the normal drive train no matter how well I built it, although the last couple months it's been almost unnoticeable. Now with the Xenon drive train it's a huge amount quieter

Can someone give me an idea of how many 64dp pinions you can get in a range of two or three 48dp pinions?
Just wondering if I got rid of my pinions 19-34 how many would I need to cover all of the same range but with more choices of course. And yes I do use practicly all my pinions
