Those fires look mad, stay safe Randman.
We can't actually afford to send any rain your way, the last few months have been way below average for rain fall in the UK, about 60% in lots of places

Just back from racing, so glad I rebuilt the car, goes a lot better now Had to borrow a speedo, a big old Novak thing it did the job ok. First round handling was a little dodgy, every time I got on the power the car would straighten up and then swing out the other way then back to straigh, like a grippy tank slapper The handling got worse near the end of the run thanks to me not tightening the bottom bulkhead screws Sorted the screws and made a shock position change at the rear and secod run was better but still not as fast as I would have liked and I was 7th. Made a small droop change for the last qualifier and the car was miles better, last run was nicely paced and not big mistakes, thought it would improve my position a little. I was 2nd on the grid Would have been third had one guy not crashed in his last run near the end, I was pleasently suprised still.
Final went ok after a roll at the start which luckily ended with me on my wheels and only a few places down. Then drove to a solid third as the others behind me tried to drive through each other

Now I just need a little more steering, possibly from cells a little further forward, now where can I get that

I don't know if I could live with it that dry, somwhere between that and what we get would be good. Of course every race day has to be dry

The wind shifted, and the fires seem to be blowing away from me now, so I'm still at home very happy about that! I still have my gear partially packed and ready to go, but hopefully I wont need to take it anywhere...

JDM_DOHC_SiR that is one great looking Cuda. It is pretty impressive looking I must say. I wish they didn't have an R3 version coming out because I think I would look into selling my Yoke to buy your Cuda. You built a very nice car.
