Steve may be getting some I think, a good person to speak to is Spooler on these forums

just been trying to get my 15 chrome working well for tomorrows track test, it goes for a bit after rebuilding then slows to a halt I may get a club mate to skim it and I'll change my brushes, if that doesn't work then I'm confused, all it can be is an incredibly bad case of sticky brushes. I will probably use a stock motor again, won't be as good as it was at ayr since that track had sweeping corners or rounded ones that let the one way work well and the stock motor didn't have to provide lots of oomph out of hairpins. The club track tends to have lots of sharp corners and straights so I'll be lacking on the speed for the straights and unless I sacrifice more speed for acceleration I'll also be wasted out of corners atleast I'll have my 19T for next sunday's Scottish event, it'll be a Matrix motor since I've been very impressed by their stock motor.

Herminator,

I ran the new Integy/Matrix 19T as well, those are very good motors

I checked the tracking number for the shipment of our next package and it looks like we'll be getting it on Monday. i'll let you guys know as soon as I get them in.

madjack,

I'll have to try and contact spooler. I send him a PM and email and received no reply.

I'm getting confused even more just changed brushes, ran a scalpel down the grooves in the comm and cleaned it up as best I could with just a comm stick and some motor spray. Plug it all in and no go I can see the ESC trying to make it go but the motor won't even turn I'll have to wait till it's skimmed but the comm doesn't look that bad.

Those spools look nice but I'd rather not have the extra wear and potential brakages at the moment, brakes won't be that important in 19T spec anyway.

What kind of gearing are you using with your 19T Matrix Steve?

Dave, I was actually the one that was testing the spool with Steve. The prototype was a good design & fit well, but the material was too soft...notching badly after two heats.

I was hoping to find another manufac. across the pond with a tried and true product.

-Dave
