there is other ways .. trust me I have tried just about everything under the sun with this car,... I "CAN" make it do just about anything.. even with a brushless or mod motor now

I have been playing with the Mod motors the past week

We'll see after the prototype are done...still in the cad phase right now.
If things work out... I'll send them to Brion at Penguin RC to have done. 3mm thick enough?
Also have a rear brace similar in design to the Type A / or Kai brace. the Kai brace is in two pieces... mine will be one piece that can be placed over the existing upperdeck... hard part is finding long post to mount them on... the other option is to design the brace and upperdeck into one part.

Why not do the whole upper deck and have the braces at the rear and the front

the steering posts are about the right size .. if not you can use some EXPRESS chassis brace supports they are also the perfect size...

you should also look in to having them make some sort of front bumper brace.!!!

that would be sweet..

Yes a bumpr brace would be sweet, with some mounting holes designed to line up with those on a personal transponder

I can get anything made through Hyperdrive's Machine shop. Im sure after I run the car a while I'll be on the mill making something new to try!!

I hope it runs as good as it looks Randman....I'm sure I will be picking everyone's brains. That will make 3 cudas at our carpet/asphalt track. Me, Imgoinracin, and Ko Racer.
