Hey Dave that'd be great if you came by So-cal when you're in the area. Couple a folks here would be glad to meet you.

btw, what did you drive before Alex cars ?
What tracks do you compete at in Japan & what level of "smackdown" do you throw

he'll be out of practise, floating on that ship so long it'll be more of a gentle tap down

wish I could take a holiday to the USA, doubt I'll be able to afford it for a few years, until I get a proper job. Would love to see SoCal in person after hearing so much about it, it seems more people from SoCal go on the net than from half the other tracks in the world put together

If that guy would ship to the UK for that price I would be trying to sell my RC Lab right now plus it would be nicer to have a purple one too. I will wait a while, but tomorrow night, or tongiht really may add a second nail in the Lab's coffin, not sure how many nails it takes before you bury it though

Sure I'll make it a point to stop by at the track for a day or two ....adn I'm all ways down for meeting people

As far as cars that I have had before Alex Racing ones'

OK here we go.... . .

Pro3 Hara
MR-4 Special
X-Ray evo1
Alex Racing Express
AE TC-3
TRF 414M
EVOII
Kawada Sigma

and now for the Older stuff whenI use to Race at R/C Hobbies in Costa Mesa back in the day
Yoke' YZ-10
Losi JrX2
Kyosho Javalin
Kyosho Ultima
RC10 x3
Custom Works Dominator 4 x2
and a Tamiya Frog with a buch of Hot Trick parts on it

now for what level do I compete at in japan and what tracks.
I go to 3~4 tracks..(due to the fact that it takes to long to drive to other places)
1) Yatabe Arena ...(awesome track and Lay out )
2) NRC Circut... Outdoor track very Technical and Big
3) Improve.. My local track (but it just was changed to a indoor offread track ) but they are building a new outdoor one thats about the size of Yatabe and its about a 10min drive from my house
4)Kyosho Circut ...( right in front of the main head quarters..mostly a GP track)

and as far as how I do.... I just started to compete last year in the Alex Cups and I race every Tuesday and Sunday at the local tracks buy my house.. I do very well in Japan... I have the driving skills to keep up but im down on power ( Batterys ) A-main 7~8 position or B-Main 1~4

more cars than I've had hot dinners

So what was your opinion of them all? and which have you kept?

Wish I could go to 3-4 tracks a week, my regular is already an hours drive away, there's an outdoor track about 50mins away but they cater mostly for 5th scale tourers and I'd have to get up early on a sunday for an awful lot of wet racing. Infact I'm contemplating going down south to Carlisle a few times this summer for their outdoor track, it's 1hour 30mins away but they getmuch nicer weather and the track is a proper tarmac one which I quite like, plus other local club guys are closer to it and are thinking of going there too, so should be able to share fuel costs.
