Sounds good, my file should survive the workload a little easier on the new chassis then

Photo's are still nice though

always remember to save your files regularly and back them up
oh wait, not that sort of file

A small flat metal file is what you need, they're quite cheap, but they will get blunt quite quickly, even quality ones will struggle after doing all your battery slots. I prefer to just get a cheap one for every chassis I do, not that I've done lots of chassis

I usually start out with 2 or 3 files, gotta have some with rounded edges for the bends in the chassis too. Like Herm said, they will go dull fast, so dont get any kind of expensive one.

I use a dremel to do all of the edges now, but if you plan on doing that, make sure you have a steady hand, or you'll end up with a hack job.

Well if you use a file, no matter how much it is filing

Just wanted a nice pic of how the cells sit, it's the kind of thing that helps others avoid muck ups.

Pics of my car will come in a few weeks....
don't have a digi cam of my own, if I did I'd probably annoy you with photo's although there isn't much to show at the moment, my cuda is just blue and close to standard.
