Without getting too technical, PCM is the old standard of sending signals. I think it stands for Pulse Count Modulation. HRS or HSR (High Response System), depending on the manufacturer, sends the signal at a faster rate than PCM, so the response time is faster.

PCM is nice for nitro cars because of the failsafe. HRS is very high response, better for electric.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the HRS uses a special receiver and also requires you to use digital servos, which are more expensive. The TX can be switched between HRS and PCM. It allows you to use the TX with older receivers, if you have already invested in them.

Get HRS for the R2. The reciever, and transmitter module are different than the PCM I believe.

And Headbanger is right, you will need digital servos with the HRS.

Does anyone know the specs of the S9450 and S9451? I'm running the 51, but will switch to the 50 if it's close to the same.

Been working on the Fukuyama website, got the main page 90% finished, and it's all easy from there, because I have a template to work off of I got hit with a virus, and it wiped out all my files this morning, so I'm just waiting for Dan to send me some images again, and the main page will be finished

Yep, it was the XP thing... It took out my CD drive, so when I tried to reboot the system, it wouldn't read the CD. Took me about 4 hours and a lot of cursing to get the laptop back up...
