ImGoinRCn- are you running mod? if you're just running stock then the alloy shaft holders should be enough to stop spur stripping, atleast let spurs last a while you have to take time building the car though.
sorry herm !

Dang, Dave is stocking up! I think I am going to stick with the Stratus 2.0 for now though, little more neutral handling.

All of this add on stuff for the R2...I thought it was a great car out of the box. Oh well, I don't think I regret buying mine but the aftermarket parts are outragous for someone like me who has to earn a living...What kind of parts you have up your way DJ? You can email me if you want...see ya. BTW, here is the patch on Dave's uniform when he was in the middle east.

I'm running my car basically box stock. The only thing I bought aftermarket was the shaft mounts, and I have been doing great with it. I'm driving in Expert Stock at SoCal raceway, which is home of the best racers in the world, and am right up at the front of the pack week after week. I'm pretty sure you'd be fine with just running the rear aluminum shaft mount..

When I raced my car on carpet, it was really good. Some fine tuning and she'll handle like my yoke pro did...well, it still does I am going to get the aluminum mount for the front and the pal drive system soon. Sorry if I sounded negitive.

I just made some links that go from the top of the steering bellcrank posts to the outside of the front camber turnbuckles. The castor blocks were very loose it seemed, and wobbled around. This setup stiffened them up so there is no slop, and changes in castor will actually be able to be felt now.

Thank You to MikeR for the idea, I stole it off of his car
