Thanks
The kit spur gear is made by Xenon, I like to use Kimbrough spur gears, they are a bit tougher than the kit item. You can get Associated TC3 spur gears if you can't find Kimbrough packaged ones as Associated just repackage them. I wouldn't use anything larger than 72 teeth as it increases the risk of something hitting it from below, through the chassis cut out.

It's in pieces again cuz I had to file down the battery slots (got sick of sealing the chassis, so I started building ) I'll have it together by the end of the weekend and shoot some pics for you guys. But the car you'll really want to see pics of is still on it's way from Japan.

He better not be using a 414, I'll sell my cuda if that's the case...

It does seem a lot of new guys like Nitro, around here it causes problems because they find there are very few places to run and with Scottish weather you can't run very often during the winter. If I were to bother with all the mess of nitro it would have to be 5th scale but with the price of those beasts it's not going to happen soon hehe I'd need a bigger car to carry it in first

well, the appeal of the engine and smoke is hard to resist, also run time is longer... that's one of the things that makes nitro appealing to me...

Hi Guys,

I'm taking a break from racing for awhile...a couple of big races in a row (Reedy, KO Grand Prix, ROAR National) burned me out a little bit.

I sent my car to redbullfixx, he will be running mod and brushless now. and since he needed two cars, it worked out good

I am in the process of rebuilding my 414M2...it's just for the August TCS (Tamiya Championship Series) and the TCS Nationals in Sept.

Tired of racing I've only had that last about one day normaly after a bad Sunday event I'm too tired to go to the club on Monday, by Tuesday I'm getting twitchy fingers again

RedBullFixx will be a busy bunny running two cars, will be interesting to see the comparisons, hope he has a it man to get two cars ready for each race though

I'll be running right along with him, 2 Cudas 1 for stock/mod, the other for brushless. And I even had one of them sent from Steve
