I also have a Hitec 925MG that wasn't really any good. It has centering problems that are very inconsistent. Sometimes pulls to the right sometimes the left, really sucks when you can't go down the straight in a straight line. People look at you like your drunk or something. I have now switched to a Futaba 9402 that is rock solid. Very powerful and fast. And centers correctly all the time. Its kind of pricey at around $100 but its worth it. Damn Hitec was $85, probably a $30 servo would do a better job than that.

i like the Airtronics, my 358 has survived at least 1 year in my 1/8 nitro buggy.

I've used the KO PDS 2143 with great success, probably the best servo I've ever had.

I've had problems with my Hitec 605MG with the centering. But I found out it was just my servo saver.

I run a KO Propo 2174 in my 414M and it is perfect. Very accurate, yet still analogue. It has tons of torque, so maybe the 2173 could be better as it's faster, but the 2174 is exactly what I want in my mod tourer.
Aurra Sing - what servo saver do you use? The stock Tamiya ones in your 04R?

You can't go wrong with a KO Propo!

Pick any of their metal geared servos and you'll be all set.

I think the 2123, 2143,2174, 2173 are all metal gear I believe.

Indeed... I didn't realize that it doesn't fit right until I crashed. I was using the Futaba-style servo saver.
